    Mr. Kishner is an attorney with more than twenty (20) years of experience practicing in: (1) complex commercial litigation; (2) representation of buyers and sellers in residential and commercial real estate transactional work including condominiums, cooperatives, townhouses, and multi-family dwellings including protecting those going through financial distress; (3) commercial and residential lease negotiation and litigation; (4) corporate formation and analysis of various structures of business entities; and (5) representation of Condominium and Cooperative Boards.  

    Mr. Kishner was a former Partner of the firm Siegel, Sommers & Schwartz, LLP in New York City prior to establishing Bryan W. Kishner & Associates.

    Mr. Miller practices in the areas of: (1) complex commercial litigation; (2) real estate transaction and finance for both residential and commercial real estate; (3) representation of landlords/tenants in both litigation and negotiation of commercial and residential leases; and (4) representation of contractors and/or owners of property regarding construction matters including litigation and negotiation of various construction contracts.  He appears before State Courts at both the trial and appellate levels, and before various Administrative tribunals.

    Mr. Miller also worked as a law clerk for the Honorable Gerald Lebovits, in the Housing Part in Manhattan.

    Ms. Wellman joined Bryan W. Kishner & Associates in February of 2004 with an extensive background in both residential and commercial real estate law. Her real estate experience commenced in1986 where she assisted attorneys as a real estate legal assistant until 1995.  In 1995, Ms. Wellman attended Pace University School of Law’s evening program. As a law student, Ms. Wellman enhanced her knowledge and real estate experience by working full time at the law firm of Stroock & Stroock & Lavan LLP, handling their residential & commercial real estate transactions.  She continued her real estate experience at Tishman Speyer Properties LP, where she negotiated and drafted commercial office space and retail leases.

    Prior legal experience includes matrimonial law and Assistant Corporate Counsel.
